Highlights from the Modern Design Collection: 1900 to the Present
Howard Meister's chair "Nothing Continues to Happen" (1980), is a featured work in this current exhibit in addition to being part of the museum's permanent collection.
This installation of approximately 45 objects stretches from 20th century work by Mackintosh, Rietveld, Tiffany, and Hoffman, thru Breuer, Mies, and Eames, to Arad, Pesce, and Meister; also included are metalwork, ceramics, glass, jewelry, drawings, and posters.
